    I abso­lutely adore pho­tos of Lilies (this one being no excep­tion) because there is almost always mag­ni­fic­ant detail on the petals and the anthers (I think I got that right, I don’t remem­ber much from sci­ence at school). I’ve got a lot of vari­ous Lily shots — I’ll have to get them online at some point I think.

    Great choice for the chal­lenge this week. :)

    This was taken last night — the sub­ject choice what some­what of a fluke. I’d returned home after a week­end away to find that the closed lilies that my mum had bought on thursday were now open and just so happened to be bright pink. It seemed to good an oppor­tun­ity to miss!

    I don’t tend to do a Pho­to­Fri­day every week, more I make a point of doing it when a par­tic­u­lar pro­ject inspires me.
