The wait is over… I now have my results for TT382.

Distinction, I can’t believe it! I have now officially finished my first full qualification (C39) with the Open University, after 2 years. I am very happy and very relieved.
And best of all, I now get letters after my name.
CertWebApps (Open)
Is it sad that I am more excited about that than the actual Distinction?

CONGRATULATIONS!
I’m so happy for you!

p.s. I don’t think I’ve ever used the letters after my name! LOL I forget I have them!!
Thanks Vixx, it sure was a suprise — I really wasn’t expecting a distinction at all, so the shock added to it somewhat!
BTW, I doubt I’ll ever use mine (except maybe on a CV?), but I’m enjoying the novelty of them at the moment
Congratulations!
I have letters after my name: Miss Jemma Turner DORK. I kid, I kid.
Congratulations, and well done on the distinction. Whoo, smarty-pants!
Love the letters Jem — there’s nothing wrong with DORK, its people with ASBO that I worry about…
Cheers Jem and Jenn
congrats..:) Bottle of wine time, i’d say. I in theory have post-name lettering as well..AMIAP..Associate Member of the Institute of Analysts and Programmers.
I think I’d rather just be known as Karl, the man that can fix almost anything..heh.
Cheers…would you mind if I substituted the wine for tea? 7:35 AM is a little early, methinks
never! Not if you’ve got to work here..:) I think the more drunk people are, the less stressy they might be. It feels a tiny bit..explosive here.
LOL…one of those days, is it? All that “office politics” and other crap that comes with working with people day-in-day-out makes me appreciate the calm, tranquil existence I have carved out for myself here, working at home. I have an extremely nervous disposition, to say I don’t cope well under strees/tension, is a mighty understatement!
I’ll leave the boozing to those that need it… my body doesn’t operate well whilst under the influence, <TMI> not to mention that for the following 12hrs, alcohol makes me want to pee at 10 minute intervals — something that gets old very quickly!
</TMI>
Karl doesn’t operate well under the influence either, that’s why it’s so fun!
I do so…If someone will ask if I liked the thong I was bought..of course I feel bound to show it when I’m not sober..;) I was functioning well enough to grovel on my knees after, was I not? Although I’m not sure who I wanted to forgive me..from what I remember, I felt like I had a frenchman living in my head at the time..aargh..
Oh dear.…LOL This reminds me why I don’t drink and haven’t for several years.… I like my sanity how it is, thank you
