This week’s Mac­roDay Chal­lenge: HAIR [sug­ges­ted by me (!) ]

This shot show­cases one of the reas­ons I am fas­cin­ated by macro pho­to­graphy: I love the ele­ment of sur­real­ism that can be brought into play simply by tak­ing a dif­fer­ent per­spect­ive on the mundane.

This is not a land­scape shot of a forest-like area, des­pite it’s title. It is in fact, my hair­brush, hence its sub­mis­sion into this week’s challenge.
