    Is that a post­box on the wall? This photo makes me home­sick for Bri­tain. I know what Beki means about it remind­ing her of child­hood. You’ve def­in­itely caught some evoc­at­ive deep down thing in us these. Nice job.

    PCB:Yes PCB, it is a post­box fas­cia in a brick plinth (with a con­crete roof), not sure why its not just a free-standing/full-size post­box — maybe the plinth was part of a wall once? If you look care­fully to its imme­di­ate right, there’s a glass BT phone­box too (sadly, tis not a red one, bas­tards always replace those with glass ones :mad: ).

    PCB/Beki:Reminds me very much of “home”/my child­hood too, twas taken on the drive through Epping Forest and what with the rain — tis the ulti­mate pictorial descrip­tion of home :)

    How are you?
    I haven’t been around to check up on your journal! I shortly came back from my stay in Eng­land, then stayed for nearly two weeks without a com­puter when I got back home, and now I’ve star­ted school.
    I really wanted to let you know that I’ve finally con­vinced my par­ents to let me go to a con­cert. I’m going to see Placebo!!! *squee* It’s this Novem­ber, and up in Venice. We’ll prob­ably be trav­el­ling by train (I’ll be going with some friends) and it’s one of my dreams come true. :D I thought you ought to know, since we’d talked about this via email. *hoo­ray!*
    I should be get­ting the tick­ets after my friend has con­firmed. Now I just hope everything will go accord­ing to plan. Keep your fin­gers crossed! =)
