I listened carefully to all of your questions and answered almost all of them… (Please excuse the rough editing — I’m a newbie when it comes to iMovie)

HOW GORGEOUS IS YOUR HAIR AND SCARF? Stop being so glamorous. No. Seriously.
And I am SO like you when it comes to cereal! The more sugar and chocolate the better. I think that the cereal aisle is my favourite place in the supermarket.
Sorry I was a bad friend and didn’t submit a question.
(I thought I still had time). Lovely video. Thought your story about how you and K met was particularly sweet. Am so proud you can do it — I still never could!
And finally: I NEVER send you notifications on FB. I categorically know this cos it gets on my tits too!
V xx
p.s. Am glossing over Peter Andre …
p.p.s. My maiden name was Smart! (No relation though …)
p.p.p.s. My layout hasn’t changed for two years. Pft. I don’t have time and I actually still love my layout, so I don’t care, and neither should you. I still <3 it.
I want your scarf!!
I never knew Peter Andre had a second album. I was looking through old magazines about a year ago and found loads of posters of him and Kavana… I also didn’t know there was much support for Alex Parks, I can’t actually remember who won but there was a cool difference about her.
Until you said it, I hadn’t realised why I’m also not too keen on Starbucks. I love the atmosphere but the coffee has always been too strong. I didn’t know it was two shots, but that makes total sense. *feels stupid*
Merry Christmas and happy new year!
*Will make a point of checking site more often because she had a couple of questions*
Don’t worry about not having a chance to get your questions in — send them anyway — I’ll do a second installment in the New Year.
Vixx:
What can I say? It just comes naturally…
I’m very grateful
Awww, thank you — I still
our layouts too
Charlie:
I got it in River Island.
See? No-one bought it — just me!
Yeah, once I found out, it all made sense — next time you’re in there ask for a single-shot coffee instead
Merry Christmas to you too!
YAY!
I just found this!! (Sorry i’m rubbish at reading this)
Just to prove that i do exist I thought i’d leave a comment.
Finally got around to viewing this (been away over xmas and going online on my new samsung tocco) and I have to say I LOVE your hair. I wanted something similar done to mine but last time I think she didn’t put enough layers in and it looked too neat along the bottom.
Well done for getting through all those questions, I’m well impressed! I meant to submit something but didn’t get around to it. I did have one in mind, but thought it might be a bit too deep and/or personal…hmmm, maybe I will email it to you instead
Hope you had a very merry Christmas and I look forward to the next installment
xx
Always ask for a single shot latte in Cafe Nero and you’ll be fine. Don’t go to Starbucks, the coffee’s always tepid — yuck.
Waves hello to Bean — of course I remember you
Likes the latest hair colour — and I didn’t really expect you to know exactly how many times you’d dyed your hair
has K got Loco Roco on PSP — if not I can’t recommend it enough. Go on give it a try
Ha! Thanks for answering my questions! Loved the story of you and K — I can’t believe your special bus was bright green! That is awful. Ours look just like the other (yellow) buses but smaller.
We have a regular Nintendo as well (and Super Nintendo and a bunch of others) and I like a lot of the older games. And I think you’re right about the Sega; we have a Sega Genesis but not the Sega Dreamcast. The Dreamcast is about the only console we don’t have.
Daniel picks them up at thrift stores around town so we’ve got loads.
EEE! Sugar puffs! Those are HILARIOUS — I love the bee thing on the front. We have those and they used to be called “Sugar Smacks,” but I guess parents didn’t like their kids eating cereal with “sugar” in the name so they changed it to “Honey Smacks.” Your milk jug is so adorable too — they have small ones like that in Canada but ours are gigantic. Typical American thing though, take something cute and GIGANTORSIZE IT. I’m a big cereal fan too. I go through phases of cereal, where all I buy for months at a time is one brand and then I decide I like a different one instead.
Also, re: Starbucks — the reason their coffee is so crap is because they overroast it. You have to get something with an insane amount of sugar and milk (like a caramel macchiato) to mask the burnt taste. Plus, most coffeeshops will give you two shots primarily because that’s what the machine makes; if you get something with one shot, the shop is generally pouring the other in the trash. (Daniel works at a quality coffeeshop so we talk about this stuff a lot.)
(I could have sworn I already had a login for your site but it seems to have disappeared, so I made a new one so I could see your video!)
Cool vlog claire, always great to hear you talk.
Since your most played track is “Voyage To Atlantis”, I highly recommend checking out the track “Press Play” by Snoop Dogg, produced by the awesome DJ Quik. It samples the former very well indeed and is a great track. It’s from Snoop’s most recent album “Ego Trippin”.
Looking forward to the next vlog!
Bean: Hey Beany!
I’ve missed you.
Starrynite: Thank you, I can send you the pics I gave to my hairdresser as “inspiration”, if you’d like.
Hope you had a good Christmas too — and any questions you didn’t post, feel free to email them to me, by all means as I’ll definitely be doing a second instalment.
Imo:
She had a demo of it and I LOVED it, but she never took to it and sold it in a bundle on ebay.
Meggan: LMAO @ “Honey Smacks” — OMG, we could NEVER have a children’s cereal with “smack” in the title over here!
(Smack is slang for heroin and is also used as the UK version of the word “spank”!)
CaseyRain: Ooh, thanks for the recommendation, I’ll give it a listen and let you know what I think.
You’ll have to get it for her — Mike’s just ordered Loco Roco 2 from Amazon for £15.00 as I found a demo for it online the other day
so am looking forward to getting the PSP off him in order to play it. But the original Loco Roco is brilliant
Am giggling about “smacks,” as I think it’s slang for heroin over here as well. Apparently it’s fine to have a drug reference but SUGAR? Back to the drawing board! Hilarious.
